real estate photographers usually employ one of two techniques, known as "Hdr" and "flambient".  when edited correctly they can both produce stunnning results.  flambient stands for "flash/ambient" and describes a method of both flashed and non-flashed exposures of the same frame which are then digitally blended to take the best colour and shading data to create the final result, which is usually more true-to-life than the hdr technique.  flambient is now our preferred method for ensuring that your property is correctly and attractively represented.  this method can take more time on-site, but is generally regarded as being more likely to provide the best results.
